Email Verification is a feature to secure user’s account using a six-digit verification code sent via email. This can be accomplished by newly registered and existing users of the app.
SwipeRx users must verify their registered email addresses so that they can continue to access features and receive application and content specific messages.
This also secures your account and ensures that we are able to reach you for any communication to keep you up to date on the SwipeRx community activities or news.
New users can verify their email address as part of Registration
- Once you've reached the last or Step 4 of the registration process, you should receive an email with a verification code
- Enter the code to Verify your email address
Existing users may verify email address via the Menu Screen
- Tap Menu on the bottom toolbar
- If you have not verified your email you will see a warning message at the top of the screen
- If you have lost your verification code or it has already expired, you may tap Request Code to receive a verification code in your registered email
- Once you have the verification code, you can tap Enter Code to enter the code and verify your email address
